| Software and Engineering
Support PKMJ is a a strategic alliance partner of ARS. PKMJ provides contract engineering support of the NFPA 805 projects at Beaver Valley and Davis-Besse. PKMJ's software development unit is providing support to ARS in the development of WebTRAN, ARS' proprietary NFPA 805 Transition software "tool". PKMJ is also the developer of the nuclear utility industry's "Proactive Obsolescence Management System", (POMS). POMS is an industry tool and service to proactively identify what components are obsolete at a station, and how those obsolete components impact a station. PKMJ also supports many fixed priced and staff augmented engineering solutions to the Nuclear Power industry and maintains an approved 10 CFR 50, Appendix B Quality Assurance Program.

| Fire PRA and Risk
Services Scientech is a division of the Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Unit. Curtiss-Wright (Symbol CW) is a member of the NYSE. Scientech has provided exceptional quality PRA services in the U.S. and internationally for over 25 years and has been an industry leader in Fire PRA for over 20 years. Scientech is providing Fire Risk support in developing the Fire PRA’s for Beaver Valley Unit 1 and Unit 2 and Davis-Besse. Scientech is also currently developing the Fire PRAs for D.C. Cook, Callaway, Cooper, and Diablo Canyon; and internationally for a 6 unit site. |

| Fire Safe Shutdown
Analyses and Fire Modeling EPM has been a major supplier of Appendix R and fire protection engineering services to the nuclear industry since the early 1980’s following the promulgation of Appendix R, and was a charter member of the NFPA 805 Committee. EPM is providing support of the Beaver Valley NFPA 805 Project and is currently leading the NFPA 805 transition for the Team at D.C. Cook, Callaway, and Cooper and is supporting additional transitions at Diablo Canyon and Point Beach.
